North Pole Adventure

Celebrate this season of Christmas at The Shepherd’s North Pole Adventure. This magical walk through experience takes you on a journey through thousands of twinkling Christmas lights, a visit with Santa Claus, Christmas family activities, and over a mile long hayride through a portion of the Trail of Lights and our farm. Make it a family tradition this Christmas season at the, North Pole Adventure, only at Shepherd of the Hills.
Trail of Lights
November 1 – January 3
The Trail of Lights is the original drive-thru Christmas light display in Branson and a favorite for over 30 years! This attraction is filled with millions of multi-colored holiday lights, themed displays, and animated scenes as they illuminate their way through the 160-acre Shepherd of the Hills Homestead. Come enjoy a Branson favorite Christmas tradition!

The Holiday season brings to mind the importance of preserving history and time-honored family traditions. We invite you to enjoy a full course turkey dinner with pumpkin dessert while we present our version of a true Christmas classic starring your favorite characters from the story, The Shepherd of the Hills.

An Old Trail Christmas Dinner Show

Celebrate Christmas in Branson with an evenings that’s far from ordinary – it’s the great Old Trail Christmas Dinner Show! This isn’t just any dinner show – it’s an authentic cowboy chuckwagon Christmas dinner experience that combines festive holiday joy with a dash of the Wild West. Immerse yourself in an evening with classic cowboy songs, lively fiddle playing, gun twirlin’, and a side-splitting comedy show. Plus, Trail of Lights included with your ticket!
WhoDunnit Hoedown – A Christmas Mystery

The Popular-fan-favorite Whodunnit Hoedown is taking on a new look and feel for the holiday season! That’s right, Uncle Penn and Aunt Belle are whippin’ up a Christmas time wing ding and you’re the guest of honor! Aunt Belle has volunteered to organize the county Christmas Pageant and she’s festooned the Playhouse Theater with all the yuletide trimmin’s. The holiday hilarity takes an unexpectedly dark turn when champeen fiddler, Squeeky Bowman meets an untimely demise on his way to the pageant and there’s a passel of suspects, too many to fit in Santa’s Bag! The Crime solvin’ combo of Deputy Dewy Daw and Deputy Shirley Lockholmes will have their hands full as they shake down the suspects in this Christmas laugh riot fit for the whole Family!
Carriage Rides

Experience the magic of Christmas with a private horse-drawn carriage ride through the twinkling lights of Shepherd of the Hills’ North Pole Adventure. Snuggle under a cozy blanket as your horse guides you through over a mile of peaceful winter wonderland. Enjoy a photo stop, a keepsake ornament, and a cup of rich hot cocoa to complete your heartwarming holiday evening.
Price is per carriage. Select dates Monday–Thursday (5:30–9PM). A nostalgic, stress-free Christmas experience for couples, families, and holiday dreamers alike.
