What are your hours? Our box office is open from 9AM-7PM most days.

Do you offer group discounts? Yes, for groups 15 & over. Learn more here.
What is your refund policy? All tickets purchased online are can receive a refund within 48 hours of showtime or tour.
Is parking free? Yes, parking is free for all activities.
Where do I park? We ask for you to park at our main entrance (by the restaurant) unless you are enjoying the adventure park activities or inspiration tower.
If I park at one end of park, can I walk to get to the other side? No, unless you purchase a farm entry pass – you will need to drive over.
Is the farm open year round? Farm is open during peak season and when we have events.
Can I walk up to view Old Matt’s Cabin? You can purchase a ticket to tour the farm during peak season and events.
Is there restrooms on site? Yes.

Is the farm entry handicapped accessible? It is located on natural terrain so not all of that is on ADA grade. We so have some paved paths.
Do you offer horseback riding? No, but our neighbors do. Their company is called Ozark Mountain Trail Rides
Do you rent electric scooters? No, sorry.
