What is your refund policy? All tickets purchased online are can receive a refund before 48 hours of showtime or tour.
Is parking free? Yes, parking is free for all activities.
Where do I park? We ask for you to park at our main entrance (by the restaurant) unless you are enjoying the adventure park activities or inspiration tower.
If I park at one end of park, can I walk to get to the other side? No, unless you purchase a farm entry pass – you will need to drive over.
Is the farm open year round? Farm is open during peak season and when we have events.
Can I walk up to view Old Matt’s Cabin? You can purchase a ticket to tour the farm during peak season and events.
Is there restrooms on site? Yes.

Is the farm entry handicapped accessible? It is located on natural terrain so not all of that is on ADA grade. We so have some paved paths.
Do you offer horseback riding? No, but our neighbors do. Their company is called Ozark Mountain Trail Rides
Do you rent electric scooters? No, sorry.
Do you have a dress code? Shepherd of the Hills reserves the right to remove visitors on their park who wear clothing that could create a distraction. Inappropriate or Offensive clothing includes: Clothing displaying offensive messages/language, clothing made with offensive material, (ie transparent), clothing that is excessively torn, clothing which exposes inappropriate portions of the body such as string bikini tops, bikini bottoms, etc. All guests are required to wear shirts and shoes at all times.
We have several families who are wanting to sit together for a show but are planning to book separate, will our seats be next to each other? If you are booking online, we cannot guarantee you will be sitting together. Please call the box office and we can help arrange seating for your group.
When is the outdoor drama? Our season starts mid May and ends in late October.
Where is the outdoor drama? It is located in the Thurman Old Mill Theatre.
Where do I get my tickets? Please pick up your tickets in Aunt Mollie’s Mercantile.
What does your child age range? A child’s ticket is from 4-12, although if you would like your 3 and younger child to have a seat, please purchase a ticket for them. Children will be asked to sit on laps.
How do I get to the theatre? Trams take our customers down to the theatre and back up to the parking lot after the show.
What is your refund policy? All tickets purchased online are can receive a refund within 48 hours of showtime.
The forecast is calling for rain, will I get a refund? If we decide to cancel the show, we will contact you to offer a refund or see if you would like to switch to a different show.
What if it starts to rain during the show? A full refund will be given for a rainout that occurs prior to intermission and a rain check will be given for a rainout that occurs after intermission
If I did the dinner+show option, where is dinner served? It is served in the Playhouse Dinner Theater while watching the band play.
How does the dinner option work? Arrive an hour & a half before the show. Get your tickets at the box office and head to the Playhouse Theater.
Do you offer military discounts? Yes, veterans and military receive $10 off a outdoor drama ticket. Must show valid ID.
Is the show family-friendly? Yes! The dialogue may be harder for kids to understand at times but it is very kid-friendly.
Are there concessions at the show? Yes, food and drink are available.
How will I find my seat? We have ushers there to help assist you in finding your seat.
What days is the show on? Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays.
Is the drama handicapped accessible? Yes, we do seating which is handicapped accessible.
Are there restrooms nearby? Yes, we have them in the theatre.
Am I going to be hot/cold during the show? The show is outdoors, so please plan according to the weather. The show starts at dusk and runs into the evening.
Who are the men wearing hoods? They are a group called the Bald Knobbers. They terrorized the hills in Branson, and were thieves and arsonists who traveled in packs and wore black hoods to protect their identity.

Where are the dinner shows located? Inside the Playhouse Theatre. It is a yellow building in the main area of the park.
Are are the dinner shows inside? Yes, all dinner shows are indoors.

Who caters the dinner show? Our Shepherd’s Mill Restaurant serves and caters the meals.
Do I need to show up at the time of my ticket? Yes, we will start serving dinner shortly after. Most shows you will eat during the show or right before.
How are the tables set up in the theater? The tables are in rows – connected together. There is no spacing between tables in the rows.
How do I know where to sit? We have the rows and seats labeled, as well as employees who can help you get to your seats.
What drinks do you serve? Tea, Lemonade or Water.
Is there meat served with every meal? Yes, all dinners have meat. See individual show menus for more information.
Is there any steps getting to my seat? No, the theatre entrance is on ground level and there is a slope to walk down to the stage.
Are outside food or drinks allowed? No
Is the show family-friendly? Yes! All our shows are family/kid friendly.
Is the theatre handicapped accessible? Yes, it is located on a ground level and has a slope to get to seats.
What are your hours? We are open from 9AM-5PM during summer season and 10AM-4PM during winter season.
What shoes should I wear? Please wear closed-toed shoes for our ziplines and ropes course.
Where do I park? Park at the parking near the tower and ropes course. It is different from our main entrance.
Where do I get tickets on the park? Head inside the inspiration tower for tickets and more information.
Do I need to make a reservation? Reservations are highly recommended for our Zipline Canopy Tours and Vigilante Extreme Ziprider

Where do I check-in for Zipline Canopy Tours? Check-in is located at the main entrance, 5586 W. 76 Country Blvd, inside of Aunt Mollies Ticket Office.
Do the Zipline Canopy Tours operate in rain? We operate rain or shine. If we feel like it is unsafe for our guests to zipline (typically for thunderstorms or extreme high-winds), we will close and a refund will be given. No other refunds will be given within 48 hours, unless we close. Please dress accordingly to the weather.
Where is the Inspiration Tower? The tower is located at 6021 W. 76 Hwy, just past the main entrance of the park. You will see a large tower. Head to the bottom of the tower and you will find an entrance.
My child is 3 years old, what can they participate in? 3 year olds are able to go on our Zipline Canopy Tour (they will be on their own line or tandem with our tour guide.) They are also able to go on the Lil’ Tykes Ropes Course (ages 2-4) and the Inspiration Tower.
What are the health requirements to zip or ride? Since this is an adventure sport activity, we do not recommend those to ride with high blood pressure, heart, back, or neck problems, motion sickness, recent surgery, medical sensitivity to quick stopping motions, extreme fear of heights, epilepsy, history of panic attacks or other conditions which could be aggravated by this adventure. Expectant mothers should not ride.
Are there any weight requirements? Yes, Vigilante requires riders to be between 75-275lbs. Zipline Canopy Tours max weight is 275lbs. Copperhead Coaster max weight for the Cart is 375lbs in Dry Conditions and 330lbs in Wet Conditions.
When does Christmas start? Shepherd’s Christmas starts on Nov. 2nd. Select events start on different days. Learn more here.
Can I purchase a ticket the same day for North Pole Adventure or Trail of Lights? Yes, you can. We recommend purchasing tickets online to get through the line faster.
Will Santa be on your property? Yes, Santa will be at our North Pole Adventure.
Can you take cash or credit? Yes, we accept cash or credit card.
Is the Trail of Lights the same thing as North Pole Adventure? No, these are two separate events with completely different lights to view. The North Pole Adventure also offers activities including a visit from Santa and his reindeer.
How long is the Trail of Lights take? The trail of lights takes anywhere from 20-30 minutes to drive through, depending on how fast you drive. The trail is over a mile long.
How much is the Trail of Lights? The trail of lights is $25 per carload.
We value your safety here at The Shepherd of the Hills Adventure Park. In the event of occasional inclement weather we adhere to the following guidelines listed below. During these times we invite you to visit shops or Shepherd’s Grill until the weather passes. Thank you for your cooperation!
Lightning Within 10 Miles Of The Park
The operation of the following ride(s) will be suspended until lightning is no longer present for at least 15 minutes after the last lightning strike as monitored on park radar by our safety/security team: Vigilante Extreme Ziprider, Copperhead Mountain Coaster
Lightning Within 5 Miles Of The Park
IN ADDITION TO THE RIDES LISTED ABOVE IN THE LIGHTNING GUIDELINE, the operation of the following rides/attractions will be suspended until lightning is no longer present for at least 15 minutes after the last lightning strike as monitored on park radar by our safety/security team: Ropes Course, Canopy Tours.
Wind Restrictions
The following rides will not operate if sustained winds last for more than 45 minutes beyond:
10 mph N or S winds- Vigilante
30 mph- Canopy Tours
Precipitation
The following rides will not operate if heavy rain, hail or freezing precipitation is present: Copperhead Coaster, Ropes Course, Vigilante Extreme Ziprider, Canopy Tours.
Additional Information
In the event of inclement weather, we will close the Farm along with any other outdoor attractions if it falls under our weather guidelines.
Copperhead Mountain Coaster and General Adventure Park Pass-
Sunny Day Guarantee: If you experience 90 minutes of continuous rain or weather interruption that restricts rides, attractions and your fun at The Shepherd of the Hills Adventure Park, causing your visit to be shortened, please stop by the nearest ticket agent before you leave to receive a complimentary return ticket valid for any day during the same operating season. Please note: Some restrictions apply.
Canopy Tours and Vigilante Extreme Ziprider-
Rainy Day Check/Refunds For the Vigilante Extreme Ziprider: If you experience 90 minutes of continuous rain or weather interruption that restricts your Zip-lining experience at The Shepherd of the Hills Adventure Park, please stop by the nearest ticket agent before you leave to reschedule or receive a refund. Please note: Some restrictions apply
For the Zipline Canopy Tours: Any tour that stops after the 4th line due to weather, will get a rain check. Any toour that starts on the 5th line and on, and we cancel, will get a free coaster ride and no refund. (Based on the managers discretion)
